You should not start with a balance. Just know that there are some institutions that do not do as they promise.

Company did nothing wrong, I accidentally hit pissed consumer , trying to apply for a credit card from Indigo ! My apologies!!!

Ive been trying to get into my account by phone lot of different numbers and got no answer. You have my account blocked so I cant pay it. Ive always paid it on time so whats the reason?

They approved 1,000.- line credit card for me.

So I accepted, then I got the card. And I opened internet account, then I found out that

there were 250.- balance on my card, I found out that 250.- is for the annual fee.

I cancelled

the card immediately. I think they are a real crook, real crook.

Im not really pissed off. Its just the fact I cant find my credit card and I was wondering can I get another one issued to me? I believe I lost it or threw it away in another wallet and how can I lock my card just in case somebody else finds it.

Maintain a phone number for customer contact availability during regular business hours. There as no opportunity to discus what occured

I have it on my credit report your credit card I never applied for one and my score went down and it went down 10 points crazy I ness some help remove it from my credit report this is crazy. I call you guys and this guy said I do not have nothing with you but it on my credit report and it went down and I was going to buy something and now I cant this is really messed up .i need this taken off of my report.Thanks you James Martin 702-300-****

I moved and put in a change of address on my Teresa Wheeler 5656 account to 107 Randy St, Lot 107, Bay, Arkansas 724211. They locked my account until I sent an ID.

I've sent it in 5 times and my account is still locked.

When I first got a credit card all I sent was my name, date of birth, and SSN, which is 431-61-****. The librarian at the library suggests that I consider another card choice.

My credit card went down. I dont even have this card.

I called them.

They said I dont have it but its all my credit report. Thank you so much.

Okay for one I was having problems with my debit card number to pay my credit card the lady that I talk to on your end told me that the number was fine that I didn't need to change it and then you guys wouldn't get my payment because she told me don't change that number and then you guys close my account I think it's ***

I changed my address and they put a lock on my account until I sent in a state ID. They said I couldn't get another card until my account was unlocked.

I got another card, and they said when I received it to activate it and my account would be unlocked. Now they are saying they can't read the documents and it needs to be in black and white. However, how did I get my card if it could not be issued until the lock on my account was removed? They noted that the card could not be mailed until the account was unlocked.

I even sent a copy of my utility bill. Please help, I'm confused and flustered.

I moved and have a different address and they say they can't read my identity and my utility bill thru a fax that a librarian is doing for me. When I got my credit card.

I didn't have to show no id just social security number. My account is paid I need my account unlocked. I call 5 times a day. Help me please.

I made my monthly payment and was slapped with a returned check fee. I called the company and it was *** trying to get someone on the phone.

It shows that the payment went through and I had money in my account. I finally talked with someone who had an Indian accent. They probably outsource. I shut down my card and will no longer do business with them.

I made another payment and we'll see if this happens again.

If so, I'm calling the BBB. People, beware.

Hi, I found lost indigo bank card in Spain - Europe. I want to check with you if you can contact the owner of the card and inform him that his card was found.

I'm walking the Camino de Santiago france route and probably the owner of the card is walking the same route.

Not sure if the owner has other payment options on his trip so I would like to find him. Thank you!

Well I ordered this card and used it for like 30 dollars of stuff and now I owe the $390 now cuz that's what was charged I tried to tell them it wAsnt me an they are still charging me money an I didn't even barely use the card an gey want all their money that's no credit card and they were rude on the phone this is the only card I've gotten for a credit card and I get screwed over and they still won't listen to me
