Hi, I found lost indigo bank card in Spain - Europe. I want to check with you if you can contact the owner of the card and inform him that his card was found.
I'm walking the Camino de Santiago france route and probably the owner of the card is walking the same route.
Not sure if the owner has other payment options on his trip so I would like to find him. Thank you!
Cus they ripped me off and still are
Well I ordered this card and used it for like 30 dollars of stuff and now I owe the $390 now cuz that's what was charged I tried to tell them it wAsnt me an they are still charging me money an I didn't even barely use the card an gey want all their money that's no credit card and they were rude on the phone this is the only card I've gotten for a credit card and I get screwed over and they still won't listen to me

Verified ReviewerThey have the worst customers service my credit score is 769. They only gave me 300 I had the. And for two teams. I want to cancel but it will ja k my score up. Smh
They are poor customer service. I paid a payment ten days later they don't even say they received my check.
I paid am additional payment. They charged me a interest rate cause I paid the minimum over the phone cause my payment would be late.
Yet 13 days later they still haven't processed the annual fee of $99 that I sent them. They are horrible service reps.

Hold on yo your payment to long before adding it back to your card
This is the worst card i have ever have made several payments and has cleared through my bank and it takes 2 or more weeks before iits add to my account its only.a 300 credit limit ill be canceling this

Last month I opened a credit card with indigo and I used it throughout that month and made four or five payments throughout that month as I used the credit card then on the sixth payment I had already maxed it out and was making a payment for the complete balance and for some reason it took 14 business days to go through and buy that 14th day I didnt have funds in the account to cover the payment and they closed my account what card company takes 14 business days to process a payment not only that they left me with the derogatory mark and for what because their processing times are outrageous horrible customer service horrible loaning company I would not recommend it for anyone

Why is my balance in the negative when the entire balance has been paid off in full.

Credit card application status
Yes I have a complaint, I have faxed over a total of 3 copies of the required information that Concora Credit has asked for and they are still telling me that my fax is unrecognizable! I have tried to lighten up the paperwork and I have still yet to get a status update.
Haven't received card
There was NO with customer service. Every number that is supposed to be related days your a debt collector.
I also read other reviews on how poor the customer Service is.
It's been over 14 days and haven't received the card. The one and only time that I got through on the automated system it said I had a balance and my current available balance was 200 and something which I was approved for 700.00 in credit.

Customer Service Is Nothing, Poor Broken English and then there requirements to use the little chump change credit card limit they give you...Sad the way they run this company. They have attempted to block me from my account for the annual fee I owe them $40.00 on My Card had fraud on it I reported it they took care of it however when they sent me a new card it had a block on it for my ID at which I had just mailed in for verification upon opening the account 3 weeks prior now they have blocked my online access so you have to call the to make a payment and I have now provided my drivers license 2 additional times with nothing and I mean they have done nothing but leave the block on my card...This company needs to be shut down

Never received card/cancelled because the replacement card never came in and three years later still receiving emails that a balance is due. Call and they clear it and 5 months later it back and they apparently do not keep notes SO WHEN THEY SAY HOLD and you hear typing they are just touching their keys not typing ***

Only got this card to help get thru Christmas holidays. Got a phone call from Indigo about payment but it's not due for 5 days, very unprofessional, only a $300 limit.Gonna pay'em off and cancel, they Suck!!

If I could give -0 rating I would. Worst credit card in the world!
I owed 25.00 made payments on time. Went to buy cigarettes at local convinc store and my card was declined. Called customer service and because I owed 25.00 on my card I was unable to a 9.00 pack of cigarettes with 275.00 in credit on my card. I canceled the card and told them to stick this scam card where the sun doesn't shine.
I paid the 75.00 fee for them to give me the card to build credit and now my credit score is worse than ever!!
This company is not designed to help anyone except themselves! AVOID BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY
