Customer Service Is Nothing, Poor Broken English and then there requirements to use the little chump change credit card limit they give you...Sad the way they run this company. They have attempted to block me from my account for the annual fee I owe them $40.00 on My Card had fraud on it I reported it they took care of it however when they sent me a new card it had a block on it for my ID at which I had just mailed in for verification upon opening the account 3 weeks prior now they have blocked my online access so you have to call the to make a payment and I have now provided my drivers license 2 additional times with nothing and I mean they have done nothing but leave the block on my card...This company needs to be shut down

Terrible customer service. Almost impossible to make payments.

I closed mine.

Don't apply.they gave me wrong info many times. Wouldn't take payments from my boss on my behalf when I was away on business.

I called to rectify because I haven't been giving payments I thought I had my payments going through Cambridge credit consumer service and they weren't so I needed the account number which I understand that the representative couldn't give me my account number and I have threw away my credit card I was adamant of thinking I had the payment going through CCC services I didn't even have my credit card number well I want to make it right and go through CCC services but I have no account number to give them so now I have to wait for a new card I just think that's crazy but it's a delay my payment even longer than it has been not to mention ruin my credit even more than it is I just wanted an account number that was all so I can start payments flowing
