Never received my credit card. What is going on? Nobody ever answers the phone no matter when I call

Same issue I got my annually bill never got my card I only have the last 4 # on my bill. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

As stated on wallethub.com, it is not possible to check the Indigo Credit Card application status online.
To get the information about the application status you should call the Indigo Card customer service at 1-86*-946-9545. You should tell the Indigo Card representative that you would like to check the status of your Indigo credit card application and give them your full name, social security number, and date of birth.

Someone just created a password and multiple representatives will NOT help me as it was NOT me! Even with faxing my driver’s license, ss card, current card, birth certificate, and passport as I did not create a passcode and someone else has the new card! This is ridiculous and concerning as how are they protecting my card account?! All of those documents are not valid, but anyone calling from any phone can give a password that was not me and that’s ok?

Even if you don't know your account number, you can contact Indigo customer service. Call them at 1-86*-946-9545 (from 6:00am to 6:00pm, Pacific Time, M-F) and ask for an assistance with your issue.

Unfortunately, Indigo Card does not provide any information about how to fix the card if it has been hacked on the company website. However, according to the Indigo Card faq section, if you have any issues with your card, you should contact the Indigo Card customer care team by phone at 1-86*-946-9545.

According to the Indigo Card faq section, if your credit card was sent to the wrong address, you should contact the Indigo Card lost/stolen department immediately at 1-88*-260-4532. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When will my card be unblocked

My card got blocked when I tried to purchase from pampered chef. I never got any notice, it was just blocked. I looked at my statements and never had any available credit or a balance due, called on 1-29 talked to someone and faxed my information and now wait

How do I get help when the system says that I am don't have an account.

I have lost my card. When I call in for help the system said that I don't have an account. I have also forgotten my password for the online app.

According to the Indigo Card help section, if you forgot your Indigo Card username or password, you should follow these steps:
  • go to indigocard.com;
  • click Login;
  • click Forgot your Username or Password.

To proceed you will need to provide the following information:

Enter the following information to retrieve the username:

  • email;
  • last 4 digits of Account;
  • social security number;
  • date of birth.

Once you submit your request, you should receive a new username via email.

To get more information about your Indigo account, please contact the Indigo customer care team by phone at (866) 946-9545. Support is provided 6:00AM to 6:00PM, Pacific Time, seven days a week.

How to dispute an inquiry I did not make?

I am not an Indigo Card holder nor have I applied for one. Today on my credit report showed that you did a hard inquiry on my credit.

I did not even apply for this. I want it to be gone from my record.

I have had this problem and I discovered that after it asks for your card number, you just do not enter anything while saying, "I don't know my *** card number!" Wait a few moments, then it will ask for the last 4 of your SSN. Enter the 4 digits, then press #. It will tell you that it could not pull up your account. At this point, just wait and it will repeat the same cycle again. Just do the same actions over again. It will start the cycle a 3rd time. Again, perform the same actions as the first time you did it. After the 3rd cycle, it will connect you to a CSR.

Where is my card?

I was approved for a indigo card but never received it. But it's showing active on my creditkarma with the 76 dollar activation part of the card but I have not received it to activate it and use it. Can i get a replacement card mailed to P.O.Box 841 Ansted WV 25812.
