As stated on wallethub.com, it is not possible to check the Indigo Credit Card application status online.
To get the information about the application status you should call the Indigo Card customer service at 1-86*-946-9545. You should tell the Indigo Card representative that you would like to check the status of your Indigo credit card application and give them your full name, social security number, and date of birth.

Someone just created a password and multiple representatives will NOT help me as it was NOT me! Even with faxing my driver’s license, ss card, current card, birth certificate, and passport as I did not create a passcode and someone else has the new card! This is ridiculous and concerning as how are they protecting my card account?! All of those documents are not valid, but anyone calling from any phone can give a password that was not me and that’s ok?

Even if you don't know your account number, you can contact Indigo customer service. Call them at 1-86*-946-9545 (from 6:00am to 6:00pm, Pacific Time, M-F) and ask for an assistance with your issue.

  • go to indigocard.com;
  • click Login;
  • click Forgot your Username or Password.

To proceed you will need to provide the following information:

Enter the following information to retrieve the username:

  • email;
  • last 4 digits of Account;
  • social security number;
  • date of birth.

Once you submit your request, you should receive a new username via email.
