They finally issued a new credit card. It's important to stay on top of your credit and credit reports. My issue started when I had to place extended fraud alerts on my credit reports due to identity theft that occurred in 2019 & 2021.
Then I received another letter same thing so I called the number in the letter. I asked about this so called Identity theft claim and they said that I claimed Identity theft on my credit card. This never happened, I did file Identity theft from 2019,2020,and 2021 that obviously had nothing to do with this card as I only applied for it September 2025. Then I'm told they'll add a note I didn't initiate this Identity theft claim and my card would be able to be used once unlocked in 7 - 10 business days only to find out that that is not what happened.
They literally closed the card I have in my possession and replaced with a different card but refuse to send it to me due to this so called Identity theft claim. I have now reported them to the CFPB and they have not answered the complaint as of yet. I also want to point out I called the number on the back of the credit card and when first answered it said thank you for calling Indigo customer service then changed that I was talking to a debt collector.
I also received a 3rd letter saying if my identity isn't proven they're closing the account in 30 days. At this point they can close it because it seems they're nothing but a scam.

They charge way too many extras, $250 a year, 30% interest, other monthly fees, highway robbery. It's a complete rip-off.

Card identity theft
Someone was able to use my identity to get a credit card under my name. They spent almost $700 and maxed out the card that they were able to get under my name.

Everytime I call the number beeps twice and hangs up.

Pissed off and a rip off

I paid my credit card bill over the phone 3 days before the due date and I get a text telling me it's over due and not only that my pay off is a thousand dollars when I didn't even have that to spend on it to begin with. Not only that they have called me every day before it was due. This card is a rip off major!!

Too many hidden fees. Be careful before you activate your card.
You should not start with a balance. Just know that there are some institutions that do not do as they promise.
