Title says it all. I call them to figure out what was up with my card, only to find out it was closed.

Upon further investigation, it was apparently closed due to "suspicious activity", without asking me or confirming that the activity was me, which it had been. What was this activity?

I tried to add the card to my PayPal and use it for a purchase. That's literally it.

My card got Cancelled And they were supposed to issue me back my $75 and they are telling me it has to go back to the card that doesn't work and then it'll come off the court and come to me I have to.

I am owed at least the $75 I put on the card to have it. They are giving me the runaround about that It should never have been canceled, They said there was fraudulent activity, But they never contacted me It took me using the card and finding out I didn't have a card anymore. They also told me I have to call them two more times to try to get my money sent back to me

Poor customer service and failure to send card

I was approved for this card July 2023. As of this writing 11/3/2023, I have not received it.

Made numerous calls August September October now November originally card was mailed to an address I didn't know and was told card would be reissued and should receive in 7-14 days. My credit score went down 75 points when I applied.

I canceled this card as it take advantage of people myself during a time of need, Interest rate is ridiculous and the annual fee is $99 a year and the credit limit is only $200

This car takes advantage of people in need at a rebuild stage had a ridiculously high interest rate a low credit limit with half the limit being an annual fee dont do it!

Terrible customer service. Almost impossible to make payments.

I closed mine.

Don't apply.they gave me wrong info many times. Wouldn't take payments from my boss on my behalf when I was away on business.

Messed up my Account

Indigo Card - Messed up my Account

The card number in my possession ends in 7646, this is the only card I have. On 7-3-2023, I went on the website for Indigo to make a payment.

The balance was $44.03 which I paid. A few days later, I returned to website & same balance showed. Instead of calling customer service to let them know I'd already paid it, I made another payment which was on 7-19-2023 of another $44.03. Two days later, the same balance showed & again I paid $44.03.

A few days later I received an email saying account was past due. I called customer service & told them representative I've made three payments already. He said the payments reversed which I found odd since I'd checked my credit union balance & all payments went thru. He told me $73.90 would bring account current so, 7-26-2023, that's what I paid.

In total that's $205.99 for a balance that started out $44.03. I continued receiving emails about account being late so, I called my credit union with Indigo on three-way & the representative told them all payments went thru & cleared so if they're saying otherwise, where's my money? I continued calling Indigo with no satisfaction, telling me they had to send an email to the speciality department & to wait three to five business days. By now I'm really perplexed because, when calling the automated number putting in account information I'm told no account found.

I asked for a supervisor & spoke with Jason who told me the account was closed! He said he saw no reason for that since the balance was paid in full. The credit union faxed my transaction history showing all cleared payments & still no resolution. Then, I got a credit bureau alert that I was over my limit on the card.

I'm like WHAT?! A card that only has a $Just 300 limit & it's being reported that I owe over $2000. How's that possible. The account that's being reported doesn't end in 7646, I was told the card was reported on 8-2-2023, I have no clue reported as what SMH.

I've disputed this numerous times with the credit bureau to no avail.

Somebody needs to clear this up, take this negative report off my credit & refund my money. This is ridiculous.

Then you call the numbers no one back the phone ring then it says wrong number

They put a block on my account after I made a payment.

When I in the hospital I made a payment to my account. While I was in the rehab center where I had to learn how to walk again.

A friend brought me my mail. Imagine my surprise when I got the letter from them saying that they placed a hold on my account. Just a few days prior, they emailed me thanking me for my payment. Then the next day the letter.

I called the customer service number and told them I was in the hospital and that I wanted my account unlocked. I got this flimsy answer, I was told we can't unlock your account over the phone. We can unlock the account if you mail some paperwork."the thing is they didn't send the paperwork with the letter. I'm going to be contacting the BBB and file a complaint.

I just got done putting overdraft protection. I'm not going to pay. The thing wrong with them is the people. If they think I'm going to pay for it.

They have another thought coming.

I think the only reason they put a hold on my account is so they can use it. I told the customer service that they were useless.

They sent me card that I never used and are billing me I don't want there card they sent me why would I pay them money to have there card when I already have unsecured cards.

Card hasn't arrived

There was a previous offer for a card. I applied.

That was at least a week and a half ago.

No card arrived. I was told that I would need to reapply.

My card about to expire in 2 days I been calling customer service multiple of times they keep telling me to wait I will get it 3 to 5 days still havent gotten anything its now been 3weeks worst customer service ever this is how indigo treat its loyal customer
