I decided to pay the 286 over the phone and then guy said that he canceled the 200 that I had scheduled but he lied and it caused my account to go into 100 dollars in overdraft fees and I also only got 200 of the 286 because for some reason the 86 is on hold until the 11th and my 200 won't be mailed out for 30 days. Talking bout f#$$ing up my life. Jesus christ that's bad business

Indigo Card - They will ruin your credit, not help it!
I got this card over 3 years ago to build my credit. I havent used it in 3 years . But they still charge fees. The card expired and I never received a new one. I cant call them because company is foreign and Im hard of hearing and cant understand them. My credit score went from high 700s to low 500 because of them! They charged an annual fee For a card I never even re owned. Now, my other cards with high limits are lowering my limits all because Indigo reported the card as late payment! $179!!! For a card I dont even have! They e totally destroyed what I worked so hard to build. I am furious! I do plan on filing with the attorney general and also filed a dispute with credit agencies. DO NOT deal with them! They will ruin your credit!! They are the ONLY late Payment in my reports, and they alone have totally destroyed my excellent credit and high limit cards! This company needs to be shut down and a class action law suit brought against them!

No success for weeks as my acct continues to be blocked due to my change of address I have faxed copy of my license which has my current address spoken to a supervisor who promised to call but never .

No good communication customer service is horrible supervisor does not follow through. Ive been trying to solve this problem for weeks

I have had nothing but problems with this company. You can on get $100 cash advance per day, they cannot change your PIN number at that moment they must send it through the mail which takes up to 3 weeks.

A Very Bad Credit Trap for the Vulnerable.

The Indigo Mastercard is among the worst cards a person looking for a way to improve credit scores could get. They approve the poor soul for a less-than-serious $300 credit line, which is kids money, not an adults. Its a joke, really, but, If this werent bad enough, then they charge the poor consumer a $99 fee, effectively eating up the credit line to the tune of around 33% (this level of utilization alone could hurt ones scores), setting the poor consumer up for using that card to its limit and causing a significant ding to the scores. This seems to fly in the face of the creditors goal of helping people rebuild credit. As I see it, this is classic American exploitation of vulnerable people without many resources, a kind of bullying by financial thugs, and, in a normal country, this would be very illegal, exploiting and harming citizens this way. I prequalified today and immediately cancelled the card the minute I saw those horrendous numbers. I suggest you do the same, dear consumer!

Preferred solution: I’d like to see them get out of the low-credit-score business.

User's recommendation: Try Capital One or Credit One. Do a little research and you’ll find there’s a core group of creditors out there who really do offer a decent path to good credit.

REPORTS TO ALL 3 CREDIT AGENCIES EVEN IF IN DISPUTES!!! I CALLED AND REQUESTED COPIES OF BILLS AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! I BELEIVE MOST OF THE DEBT IS LATE CHARGES AND INTEREST!!! THEY JUST AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES!!!

I never approved to have this credit card. They said they canceled it just now at 8:16pm eastern standard time. But was told to call back tomorrow to make Sure its canceled.

High fee low credit limit

I submitted the application, not knowing the credit limit they would give me. They showed me after and it was $300. I called them to cancel the card. They did, and it will now appear on my credit report. I asked to do the survey, and I was hung up on.

Cant access mobile check cash

Well first of all I was misinformed twice by your guys's company saying that I was good to go and I still have a deposit that's being held on your guys's behalf or whatever reason and it's only my second time trying to deposit I'm very unsatisfied with your guyses organization

I tried to cash check but I put it through twice on my PayPal account and it declined both times then after that I was banned. I have PayPal, go2 bank and wisely which r all indigo that I bank through so I need to be able to cash checks
